Shell reported a process unit upset and associated faring event last week at its 225,000 b/d refnery in Norco, Louisi- ana. The event was reported at 10:15am ET on 26 January, according to a notice to the community. Refnery crews were able to identify the cause of the upset and were in the pro- cess of placing the unit back on line. Shell did not comment on the type of process unit afected.
