March imports were 63,510 tons which is 13,000 below the license total from last month. April 2023 licenses are 72,973 tons, which is a surprise given the last two months. Licenses for 12 of 23 business days in May, generate a linear forecast of 79,931 tons which is at the upper range of recent monthly volumes.
