Implementing rules and regulations (IRR) of Republic Act Ho. 9268, 'The Philippine Veterinary Medicine Act of 2004'

Pursuant to Section 8 (m), Article II and Section 36, Article IV of Republic Act No. 9268, "AN ACT TO REGULATE THE PRACTICE OF VETERINARY MEDICINE IN THE PHILIPPINES, REPEALING FOR THE PURPOSE REPUBLIC ACT NO. 382 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES", known as the "PHILIPPINE VETERINARY MEDICINE ACT OF 2004", the Professional Regulatory Board of Veterinary Medicine hereby prescribes, adopts, and promulgates the following Rules and Regulations to carry out the provisions thereof.
