Violet Sistovaris (VS): The first is our renewable energy strategy that started at NIPSCO circa 2016, which entails transitioning from coal to wind and solar. And it continues today; we have a strong commitment to complete the transition out of coal by 2028. The second is our Women in Leadership initiative, launched in 2012. I was the co-founder, along with our chief legal officer at the time, Carrie Hightman. This initiative led to many of our diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) commitments, and that work also continues today. It brought our employee resource groups (ERGs) to the mainstream, created a formal mentoring program, and has expanded to other diverse employees. At the heart of all these accomplishments have been outstanding people and outstanding teams. I can't take individual credit.
