摘要

Two hundred and eighty-three horses with different dam and sire names were selected. Genomic DNAs were prepared from hair roots using the Geno/miracle DNA isolation Spin-Kit (AppliChem, Germany) or obtained from FTA cards. Multiplexed PCR was performed using the Equine StockMarks kit. Amplicons were separated using an ABI 3130xl automated sequencer. Data were analysed using GeneMapper v. 3.2. Letter allele designation was created based on an equine reference sample. Allele frequencies, agreement with HWE, heterozygosity rate, PIC, PD and PE were computed using the Cervus v.3.0 and PowerStats v.1.2 software. The sex-linked LEX3 locus included in the Equine StockMarks was not used in any statistical analysis. Parentage verification, PI and POP were tested using DNAStat v.1.1 software.
