A field experiment was conducted at Agronomy farm, S.K.N. College of Agriculture, Jobner, Jaipur (Rajasthan) during the kharif season of 2018 to study the effect of Integrated Nutrient Management on yield, nutrient uptake and profitability in sesame (Sesamum indicum L.). The treatments comprised of 12 sources of nutrients viz., Control (Mo), N_(40)P_(20),N_(40)P_(20)K_(20),N_(40)P_(20)K_(20)S_(25) FYM @ 8t/ha, N_(20)P_(10) + FYM @ 4t/ha, N_(20)P_(10)K_(10) + FYM @ 4t/ha, N_(20)P_(10)K_(10)S_(12.5) +FYM @ 4t/ha, FYM @ 8t/ha + Azospirillum, N_(20)P_(10) + FYM @ 4t/ha + Azospirillum, N20P10K10 + FYM @ 4t/ha + Azospirillum, N_(20)P_(10)K_(10)S_(12.5) + FYM @ 4t/ha + Azospirillum, thereby making 12 treatments were laid out in a randomized block design and replicated four times. Results showed that different sources of nutrients had significant effect on yield attributes (number of capsules per plant, seeds per capsule and test weight), seed, stalk and biological yields of sesame. By and large, the significantly higher values of these parameters viz., seed yield (916 kg/ha), stalk yield (2197 kg/ha) and biological yield (3113 kg/ha) were recorded in the treatment, N_(20)P_(10)K_(10)S_(12.5) + FYM @ 4t/ha + Azospirillurtvand in most of cases was at parwith N20P10K10 + FYM @ 4t/ha + Azospirillum, N_(20)P_(10)+ FYM @ 4t/ha + Azospirillum, N_(20)P_(10)K_(10)S_(12.5)+ FYM @ 4t/ha, N_(20)P_(10)K_(10)+ FYM @ 4t/ha, N_(20)P_(10) + FYM @ 4t/ha, and significantly superior to rest of the treatments. Results further revealed that N, P, K and S content in seed and stalk and their uptake, protein and oil content in seed, oil yield, net returns and B:C ratio were significantly higher due to application of N_(20)P_(10)K_(10)S_(12.5)+ FYM @ 4t/ha + Azospirillum followed by n20p 10K10 + FYM @ 4t/ha + Azospirillum, N_(20)P_(10)+ FYM @ 4t/ha + Azospirillum, N_(20)P_(10)K_(10)S_(12.5) + FYM @ 4t/ha, N20P10K10 + FYM @ 4t/ha,N_(20)P_(10) FYM@4t/ha over remaining treatments. Application of N_(20)P_(10)K_(10)S_(12.5)+ FYM@ 4t/ha + Azospirillum (Mn) recorded net returns of I.Rs50000/ha and B:C ratio of (3.41) which was significantly higher over control.
