Happy New Year! As someone who,to quote my family, ‘‘has never reallyleft school,’’ September is a time ofprofessional renewal. This is the case toofor the AEESP organization as it movesinto its 60th year of operation. The leadershipof recent AEESP Presidents JoelDucoste and Bill Arnold to launch andimplement a new strategic plan has renewedand refocused the AEESP organizationas it moves toward a DiamondAnniversary in 2023. The iconic characteristicsof a diamond—shining brillianceand strength—are also emblematic of theAEESP membership.
