Far East Russian ESPO Blend crude shipments to India have dwindled in the past two months as prices moved higher, with only four of the 37 vessels seen entering the port of Kozmino to load the grade in October seen heading to India, Platts cFlow ship and commodity tracking software from SP Global Commodity Insights and Kpler's ship tracking data showed Nov. 8. The other 33 cargoes were headed to China, the data showed. Just one vessel headed to India from Kozmino in September. Six of the 34 vessels that loaded ESPO Blend in August headed to India, the highest volume since the country began purchasing the grade after Russia's invasion of Ukraine in late February, the data showed.
