摘要

Genetic variation among the natural growing populations seems due to difficult ecological and en- vironmental conditions that end in evolution. Molec- ular markers (RAPD amp; SSR) were applied to analy- sis ecological effects on the DNA of (Hordeum vul- gare L.). This study was consisted with Hordium vulgare genotype (Jow 83) and five levels of KCIand MgCl2 salt solution (0, 50, 100 and 150, 200mM). Salt treatments inhibited growth parameters including germination , rate of germination, fresh and dry weight. The genetic distances among the treated barley populations were analyzed by gener- ating dendogram from RAPD and SSR fragments. Out of Five (5) RAPD primers produced a total of 219 loci in Hordium vulgare genotype. Out of which 49 (9.4 ) were polymorphic band, whereas 172(34.4) were monomorphic band with an average (43.8) generated both monomorphic and polymor- phic . While two SSR primer produced a total 26 loci in barley genotypes , out of these 5 (2.5) were polymorphic band , whereas 21 (9.5 ) were mon-omorphic band with an average (18.6) generated both monomorphic and polymorphic.
