INDIA'S state-owned Oil Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) is gearing up to launch a record 103-well development drilling campaign in its Bassein Satellite asset offshore the country's west coast. A senior company official said the campaign will enhance production by more than 710 million barrels of oil and oil equivalent gas over the life of the field, involving up to $2 billion worth of investments.
