摘要

This project is structured around 3 inseparable areas of intervention.Landscape axis:exploiting the value of the site to transform it into a polarity in the project.This project creates a new place from which users rediscover the landscape,the topography,and the relationship with the water.Conservation axis:restoration of the value of the existing building("P57"),going beyond the simple restoration of standards.At present,it seems rather closed,indifferent to its context,whereas it has a strong internal coherence.Improvement will therefore derive from building on these qualities to give a new sensitivity,more permeable to its environment.Architectural axis:to propose a compact and efficient architecture whose different units form an organic whole.The rationality of the project plays on the dialectic between the search for compactness and updating for freer and clearer spaces.
