Truck & Bus World Forum - 12/14 December 2007 - France: Interview with Emmanuel Piegay, Event Manager of the Truck & Bus World Forum

Lyon will be the venue from 12 to 14 December 2007 for the first Truck & Bus World Forum (www.tnb2007. com) on the theme of "Transport for a better life". The objective: to offer an analysis of the current international situation and prospects of the urban transport of people and goods. This will form a prolongation of the Grenelle de l'environnement, the environmental forum launched by the French government, and of the consultation opened by the European Commission in the framework of its green paper* on transport. Presentations, discussions and debates will feature on the programme of conferences, with a summary report on the exchanges after the forum.
