Tin bears re-emerge from long hibernation

Although tin started the year strongly, with the price reaching highs of US$ 50,000/tonne backed by good physical demand and a shortage of Indonesian metal, things have rapidly shifted. Demand in much of the world has fallen away, while production issues have been resolved. Given this environment, the market has turned moderately bearish.
