Synthesis of acenaphtho1 ',2 ':4,5pyrrolo2,3-dpyrimidine derivatives via one-pot three-component reaction

摘要

An expedient three-component reaction for the synthesis of acenaphtho1',2':4,5pyrrolo2,3-dpyrimidine, (hydropyrimidinyl) acenaphtho1',2':4,5pyrrolo2,3-dpyrimidine, and phenanthro9,10-bpyrimido4,5-e1,4oxazine is described. The desired products were obtained in good to high yields. This work has the advantages of convenient operation, mild reaction conditions, simple workup, and provides an entry point to fused heterocyclic structures.
