Electronics: Tool providers extend AUTOSAR's infrastructure

The MathWorks and Vector Informatik have teamed up to provide compatible tools that help engineers develop AUTOSAR-compliant systems. The collaboration ensures that the component architecture defined using Vector's DaVinci Developer design tool can be exported to The MathWorks' Simulink software so component behavior can be established. This compatibility lets software architects and algorithm developers work together to design and automatically generate AUTOSAR-compliant software with a minimum of rework.
