摘要

High relative density up to 99.7 Cu-0.8Cr alloy samples were fabricated using Cu-0.8Cr alloy powder modified with 0.2 wt nano-TiC by 320 W 1064 nm Yb-fiber laser powder bed fusion. Nano-TiC modification improved laser absorptivity of the powder from 30.5 up to 59.9, resulting in sound microstructure and higher prop-erties of fabricated samples. Hardness, tensile strength and elongation of the high relative density samples was up to 98.1 HBW, 225.9 MPa, and 22.1, respectively.
