US PJM, MISO spot power bearish on demand despite cold front

After seeing rises the day before, PJM prices trended down on the Intercontinental Exchange for Oct. 7 delivery, as PJM West Hub dayahead on-peak was valued about $3.50 to price at $74.75/MWh, as the real-time peak contract slid about $2.75 to trade almost $72/MWh. On the small daily changes, the next week peak Oct. 10-14 inched around 75 cents upward to about $83.50/MWh.
