摘要

As a green analysis method, near infrared spectroscopy has the advantages of fast analysis speed, easy operation, batch processing and no damage to samples compared w ith traditional detection technology. In this paper, the response surface model was used to analyze the interactive influence rules of moisture content, particle size, and optical path on correlation coefficient of the near infrared spectrum test fittin g model, so as to obtain the best near infrared spectrum test conditions; and summarized the application of near infrared spectroscopy in the identification of geological minerals such as gems and jades, soil minerals and altered minerals. The response surface experiment results of correlation coefficient of near infrared spectrum fittin g model showed that each influencing factor has significant difference, and the order of significance is: sample moisture content > optical path > particle size. When the optical path is 5.82mm, the particle size is 80.86 mesh, and the moisture content is 8.3, the correlation coefficient reaches the maximum. In addition, the characteristic peak positions, functional group structures, and m olecular structural formulas of near infrared spectrograms of geological minerals such as gems and jades, soil minerals, and altered minerals were summarized and analyzed, w ith a view to providing a theoretical basis for the identification and application of near infrared spectroscopy in the geological mineral.
