We developed new drone that equip the directional antenna,receiver including micro analyzing computer and SD memory card,and real-time signal transmitters. We fry this drone by use of automatic flight program. The drone can detect radio signal derived from a commercial radio tag located about 10 m below the surface. After we release radio-tagged small mouth bass (Micropterus dolomieu) and Biwa salmon (Oncorhynchus masou subsp.) into a lake and a river,we can detect the location of most tagged fish and tracked their movement. Thus,we can use these system in order track these fishes and other animals including terrestrial mammals and avian birds.
