MEXICO CITY—National Energy Corporation of Trinidad and Tobago president Vernon Paltoo says the twin-island country continues to advance development of its low carbon future and is focused on energy efficiency, renewable energy and carbon capture and storage (CCS) to get to green hydrogen.
