Industry nemesis again turns up heat on climate

Automakers say a new law requiring vehicles to average at least 35 mpg by 2020 ensures that they will do their part to combat climate change. Not everyone is convinced. Dan Becker, a longtime advocate of higher fuel economy standards, heads a new group called the Safe Climate Campaign.
