Abstract The results of studying the power and noise parameters in a multichannel DC/DC converter are presented for battery-powered devices. This converter allows maintaining stabilized voltage in multiple outputs when the input voltage is lower, higher, or equal to the output voltage providing the maximum use of the battery charge while minimizing the size of external components. The features of switching processes are considered for transient operation modes. General-circuit simulation is used to rectify process parameters, to explore the sources of conversion losses, and to recommend selecting components ensuring optimum operational parameters and the best profile of control signals.
