Revisional Study of Two East Asian Stenocranine Genera (Hemiptera: Fulgoromorpha: Delphacidae)

The delphacid genera Terauchiana Matsumura and Preterkelisia Yang distributed in East Asia are morphologically reviewed and redefined. Preterkelisia yasumatsui (Esaki Ishihara) previously transferred to Preterkelisia should be resurrected to the original combination, Terauchiana. Stenocranus yasumatsui Ishihara is transferred to Preterkelisia and the type species Stenocranus magnispinosus Kuoh is synonymized to the species.
