Sibur Inks $5B State Pact

Russia’s Sibur has agreed to invest 395 billion rubles ($5.14 billion) in 2022-27 in upgrading petrochemical facilities in an agreement with the energy ministry that also stipulates tax breaks that the petchems giant will receive in return.
