Donna Pollander, executive director of the International Fluid Power Society, has been promoted to CEO of the organization. IFPS's board of directors approved the move during its annual meeting in September. According to an IFPS press release, Pollander will continue to serve as key liaison to the board of directors and be responsible for day-to-day operations. She will continue to ensure the consistent achievement of IFPS's mission and financial objectives, provide leadership in developing certification programs and other educational opportunities, and execute organizational and financial plans with the board of directors and staff.
