LONDON (ICIS)--The European toluene di-isocyanate (TDI) market remains severely short as a result of both recent and ongoing production issues, with producers consequently targeting hikes of ?100-150/tonne for next month, participants confirmed on Wednesday. With customers desperate to secure volumes, suppliers received enquiries for May as early as a few days into April, and some buyers have already concluded their May TDI business.
