Abu Dhabi-based energy company Mubadala Energy (Mubadala) has signed a deal with Indonesian state-owned integrated energy firm Pertamina to explore the potential of carbon capture, utilisation and storage (CCUS) applications in Indonesia. Affirmed via a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), the project will see the partners working to discuss, explore and engage in a range of energy transition initiatives with a primary focus on CCUS.
