摘要

All existing wireless communication devices uses external power supply as a source of energy which makes system unreliable as well as bulky. During communication more effort has to be taken place in generating RF signal for transmission of data. The device i.e. RF harvesting module proposed in this paper leads battery free wireless communication system instead of using conventional energy sources. Also many wireless sensor nodes aces the problem with replacement of battery which may be affordable or not, system takes care of power required for it makes node very flexible and effective. It receives RF signal from environment using antenna and harvest energy from RF signal. This energy is further used as the only source of power for some applications. Paper includes design of patch antenna. Received signal of patch antenna is faded to the voltage doubler circuit. Doubler improves the low power signal by twice of its intensity. By cascading multiple voltage doublers like 7-10 doubler, voltage multiplier circuitry is formed so collectively it will boost large amount of voltage. This energy is used to change the impedance of transmitting antenna used for wireless communication between high to low impedance.
