Cambridge business forges regional links to the automotive sector

Monumo, a high-tech start-up business that plans to 'revolutionise electric motor technology', has opened an office in Coventry to take advantage of regional links to the automotive industry and have direct connections with the University of Warwick. Established by Ian Murphy, Dominic Vergine, and Martin Frost, the company has been operating from its base in Cambridge for 18 months and is now ramping up research and development following ￡10 million of investment.
