LONDON (ICIS)--North Africa first-quarter contract price negotiations have stalled amid a back drop of falling spot prices in China, sources said on Thursday. Major sulphur buyer and phosphate producer Office Cherifien des Phosphates (OCP) said it had not agreed any contracts for the first quarter.
