Europe Q4 PBT contracts stable despite upstream increase

LONDON (ICIS)--Fourth-quarter contracts in the European polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) market have settled at a stable level, despite the increase in upstream prices, sources said on Tuesday. The majority of contracts were heard at a rollover, depending on the starting point. Although upstream butanediol (BDO) contracts increased, the same pressure was not seen in the downstream market.
