TC Energy's 622,000 b/d Keystone pipeline has no timeline for a return to full service, leaving some spot shippers of Canadian crude to look for alternative routes to the US. The line carrying heavy Canadian crude ruptured on 7 December near Washington, Kansas, leading to a three-week shut down, before restarting at a reduced capacity.
