SINGAPORE (ICIS)--The near-term outlook for polyethylene (PE) in the East Mediterranean (East Med) markets is bearish, hampered by weak demand ahead of the year-end, market sources said late on Thursday. The bulk of deals and discussions for November shipments were concluded in the previous week and early this week, with offtake capped by persistently weak demand, market sources said.
