China February crude imports rise 19.2% on year to 31.8m tonnes

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China imported 31.8m tonnes of crude in February, up by 24.5% from the previous corresponding period and 19.2% higher than January levels, official data showed on Tuesday. For the first two months of the year, crude imports totalled 58.5m tonnes, up 9.3% year on year, according to China Customs.
