SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China's Gansu Yinguang Chemical is running its 100,000 tonne/year toluene di-isocyanate (TDI) unit at 70% capacity after restarting it on 23 July, a company source said on Wednesday. The unit, located at Baiyin in China's Gansu province, was taken off line on 5 July due to technical issues, the source said.
