Domestic shipments are on a upswing and overall activity seems to vacilate on the import welded position each month. As of late there has been some variability in those numbers with March exceeding January and February by about 56. While not completely consistent, higher HSS import volumes are typical just before the construction season starts in earnest for the summer. We believe, at least for some of the smaller HSS producers their production is limited by the availability of steel over the last few months.
