摘要

The results of theoretical and experimental investigations of the influence of air pressure on the dimensional and power parameters of preliminary focused GW femtosecond laser radiation are presented. A nonlinear region of the focus of a laser beam is examined. It is established that in rarefied air the achievement of higher values of laser radiation intensity in the focal waist is possible due to a decrease in the plasma block-ing action.
