The developed converter, described in 1, was subjected to a series of tests, based on which, many defects and negative factors requiring improvement were detected. This paper describes the basic operational problems of the prototype and solutions to overcome them. Additional measurements were made to confirm the effectiveness of the adopted solutions and the actual efficiency of the proposed structure was determined.
