摘要

In this study, the bending losses of chalcogenide glasschannel optical waveguides consisting of an As_2Se_3 core and an As_2S_3lower cladding layer were numerically evaluated across the astronomicalN-band, which is the mid-infrared spectral range between the 8 μm and12 μm wavelengths. The results reveal the design rules for bent waveguidesin mid-infrared astrophotonic devices.
