摘要

This study demonstrates a novel nanoholes array-based plasmonic platform with potential for application in multi-detection analysis. The nanostructured transducer was obtained by nanosphere lithography (NSL), which was restricted to having a sensing multipoint. The microscopic characterization showed sensing point (Sen-P) arrays with ca. 380 mu m and nanoholes with 234.1 +/- 27.3 nm diameter. Nanoholes array transmission spectra presented a plasmonic band in ca. 531 nm when the refractive index (RI) was 1.3397. The plasmonic device showed a RI sensitivity of 271.92 +/- 14.92 nm/RIU and could detect the bovine serum albumin (BSA) with good feasibility. These results suggest the potential suitability of our platform to develop multiple monitoring systems.
