MELBOURNE (ICIS)--Spot phenol prices into India may rise further after hitting a 20-week high on the back of a widely-held perception of tight forward supply, market participants said on Tuesday. Spot prices added 10.2% over the two weeks ended 19 February to close at an average of $840/tonne CFR (cost & freight) India, data compiled by ICIS showed.
