Angolan regulator ANPG said TotalEnergies has given the green light to another satellite project to sustain oil output from Angola's prolioc deepwater Block 17. The project, CLOV Phase 3, will deliver up to 30,000 b/d, with production expected to start in 2024. The cost of the project is estimated at ff850 million. Block 17 had average production of 382,000 b/d in April. CLOV, which started producing in 2014, is the fourth hub on the block, after Girassol, Dalia and Pazùor.
