SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China’s Shanxi Provincial Guoxin Energy Development Group hascommenced construction of a 1m cubic metre (mcm)/day LNG plant at Xinzhou, Shanxiprovince, with completion expected by end-2016, a company source said on Friday.Equipped with a 10,000 cubic metre (cbm) LNG storage tank, the plant will be built intwo stages, with a capacity of 500,000cbm/day for the first phase, according to thesource.
