Early in the driving season, Pilot Co. debuted a rewards app for itsemployees as an incentive and recognition program. The app is similar tothe rewards programs it designed to instill loyalty among consumers andcommercial truck drivers, the company told OPIS.Under the “Fueling Recognition” program, which applies to allemployees, workers can earn points for longevity with the company,completion of an onboarding program, performance in sales contestsand outstanding service. Company drivers can also earn points for safetyinspections and observations. The program facilitates peer-to-peerrecognition, Pilot officials explained.
