摘要

A strain ATR-Z5 capable of highly degrading atrazine is isolated from soil. Strain ATR-Z5 is identified as Bacillus safensis based on 16S rRNA and analysis of morphology, physiological and biochemical characters. The optimal temperature and pH are 35-40°C and7.0-7.5. Strain ATR-Z5 has high tolerance to atrazine, and can tolerate at least 1000mg/L atrazine under the experimental conditions. The degradation rate of atrazine (100mg/L) in liquid medium by strain ATR-Z5 can reach about 97.2 in 6d. If the proper amount of fresh soil is added during the degradation of atrazine by strain ATR-Z5, the degradation rate will be increased. It was believed that strain ATR-Z5 could be used in the bioremediation of atrazine pollution in soil.
