Poland’s PKN Orlen trims Q4 net loss; revenues fall 19%

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--PKN Orlen has trimmed its fourth-quarter net loss to Zloty (Zl) 69m from Zl 1.18bn in the same period last year, the Polish group said on Thursday. Revenues in the three months to December 2015 fell 19% year on year to Zl 20.1bn, but the company managed to swing into earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) of Zl 758m from a loss of Zl 333m, the company said in a statement.
