Uzbek PE, PP exports to Turkey face delays after Uz-Kor restart

LONDON (ICIS) -- Exports of polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) from Uzbekistan to Turkey will be delayed following the restart of the Uz-Kor Gas Chemical plant last week, sources said Wednesday. Uz-Kor, which sells high density polyethylene (HDPE) film and blow moulding and PP grades to Turkey, had a planned maintenance outage until 10 October, sources previously confirmed.
