Plant issues force US Huntsman to delay ethanolamines deliveries

An outage at Huntsman's Port Neches, Texas, facility and subsequent difficulties with utility-related operational issues has led the producer to delay delivery of ethanolamines to customers, the company said in customer letters obtained by ICIS on Thursday. In a letter dated 22 September, Huntsman said that it was "suspending fulfillment of orders which have previously been confirmed until a more definitive timetable is available".
