Production of fertilizer nutrients registered positive growth during November 2020 over November 2019.Production of N and P2O5 at 1.207 million tonnes(MTe)and 0.444 MTe recorded marginal increase of 1.1 and 1.7,respectively,during November 2020 over November 2019.Among the major fertilizers,production of Urea registered a marginal increase of 0.3 and NP/NPKs showed a sharp increase of 17.4 during November 2020 over November 2019.However,production of DAP witnessed a decline of 10.9 during the same period.Most of the NP/NPK complex fertilizer grades showed increased in production,except 24-24-0(ANP),24-24-0-8,15-15-15,and 17-17-17 which registered declined during the period.Capacity utilization of N and P2O5 increased from 100.2 and 74.5 during November 2019 to 101.1 and 75.4,respectively,during November 2020.Production of N and P2O5 increased from respective targets by 0.6 and 2.2 thousand tonnes during November 2020.
