The Drug Delivery 2007 conference was a smalt well-organized meeting that provided its participants the opportunity for networking and mutual discussion of the issues facing drug-delivery companies today. Progress toward commercial product development is being made on several fronts. This report covers the recent advances in drug-delivery technology that were presented, including several alternative methods of delivering large molecules, such as peptides and proteins.
